Troubleshooting

Nothing happens when I use VisiDial.

First confirm that Windows Magnifier itself responds to the built-in keyboard shortcut Windows + +. If Magnifier works from the keyboard but not from VisiDial, disconnect and reconnect the USB connection, then try again.

The knob changes magnification in the opposite direction from what I expect.

For VisiDial V1, clockwise is zoom in and counterclockwise is zoom out.

I want a different Magnifier view.

Press Ctrl + Alt + M in Windows to cycle through Magnifier views. Windows also provides Full screen, Lens, and Docked view options in Magnifier settings.
